US Producer Prices Seen Rising 0.2%
US producer prices are expected to rise 0.2% month over month in November 2025, easing from a 0.3% increase in September, according to delayed data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics. October figures are also set to be released alongside the November report after the government shutdown postponed data publication. Core PPI, which excludes food and energy, is likewise forecast to increase 0.2%, compared with a 0.1% gain in September. On an annual basis, headline producer inflation is projected to hold steady at 2.7%, while core producer inflation is expected to edge up to 2.7% from 2.6% previously. Investors will be closely monitoring the release for evidence of tariff-related price pressures, although the data are likely to indicate that such effects remain limited for now.
