Specialized gateways for connection to global exchange markets

All the advantages and services of MetaTrader 5 are available for trading on stock exchanges. The MetaTrader 5 native gateways enable connectivity with global exchanges, providing financial news and access to trade operations. Gateways are responsible for the entire interaction with the exchange: user authentication, traffic encryption/decryption, delivery of session schedules, risk and margin calculation, and many more. The Gateway allows configuring the platform in order to meet all the rules of each individual exchange and to provide uninterrupted connection to it.

 

From a technical point of view, a gateway is a small plug-in for MetaTrader 5, which provides full compatibility platform with the exchange software. Gateway API is included into the software package and it is used for developing additional gateways.

Currently, the MetaTrader 5 platform provides gateways to the following exchanges around the world:
